Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
- In case of delays due to high order volumes or external factors, we’ll notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Sparkle Decors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or import duties) are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only to the UK and EU countries.
- We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote territories.
