Returns & Refund Policy

At Sparkle Decors, we value your satisfaction. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Who Can Return Items – Sparkle Decors UK

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale, clearance or final sale items (unless damaged)
  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery
  • Used, damaged, or washed products (unless due to our error)

How to Start a Return with Sparkle Decors

To initiate a return, please email our support team at sparkle4decor@gmail.com with:

  1. Your full name and order number
  2. Item(s) you wish to return
  3. Reason for return
  4. Photo evidence (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.

Return Shipping for Home Décor Orders (UK & Europe)

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item was received damaged
  • The wrong product was sent by Sparkle Decors

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

How Refunds Are Processed & Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with a status update.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Home Décor Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email sparkle4decor@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund once confirmed.
